Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong communication skills and problem solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and learning data-driven processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office applications is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to job sites or supplier locations within a 3-hour radius of Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities

• Create and track purchase orders with vendors.
• Communicate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Coordinate material deliveries to job sites and warehouses.
• Support RFQ processes and bid evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
