Job summary

OSI Optoelectronics has an internship opportunity for a college student pursuing a diploma/degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field to support the Supply Chain department. The selected candidate will have a solid academic background, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

With the guidance and support of our Supply Chain team, the intern will have the opportunity to perform data analysis related to vendors and commodities. They will review various data points, enter data for database cleanup, and generate periodic summary reports.

Qualifications
  • Qualifying individuals must be enrolled in college during the 2026 academic school year and be in good standing.
  • Must be pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field .
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint desired.
  • Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills are essential .
  • Must be a team player.
Benefits
  • Pay may range from $20.00 to $20.00 hourly
  • The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.
  • Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
  • OSI also offers comprehensive benefits including various options for health plans, access to 401(k) retirement plan, health savings account, disability insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, leave of absence programs and an array of voluntary benefits.
