Job Title: Supply Chain & Instock Associate

About the Role

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Instock Associate to work for our premier client’s retail ecosystem. The Instock Associate drives inventory accuracy, product availability, and supply chain efficiency. S(he) owns instock metrics, forecast demand, manage inbound/outbound logistics, and collaborate cross-functionally with vendors, category teams, and operations partners.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Instock Management

• Plan and execute inventory strategies to optimize in‑stock rates, turns, and inventory health for assigned categories
• Identify, root-cause, and resolve operational exceptions (stockouts, missing offers, supply disruptions) within defined SLAs
• Forecast supply and manage balanced inbound/outbound flows, including removal of excess inventory .
• Serve as the primary contact for vendors and 3PL partners to improve fill rates, lead times, and overall service levels
• Conduct business reviews with vendors to align demand & supply plans and implement corrective actions

Data & Reporting

• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards/reports for KPIs like fill rate, confirmation rate, and lead time
• Use data to drive business opportunities, inform supply decisions, and share insights with stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field .
• 3+ years experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or operations management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with reporting tools
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
• Proficiency in Supply Chain toolsets (SAP, BlueYonder, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with statistical inventory control concepts (e.g., safety stock, reorder point)
• Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn for data extraction and analysis
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
