A leading company is seeking a Facility Supply Chain Implementation Coordinator to enhance supply room efficiency and nursing satisfaction. This role involves coordinating supply layout updates, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with nursing staff to improve workflows. The Facility Supply Chain Implementation Coordinator is responsible for executing supply room improvements and supporting nursing satisfaction initiatives across the facility. This role ensures efficient, organized, and compliant supply areas while fostering collaboration with nursing teams to enhance workflows and accessibility.
Coordinate and implement supply room layout updates and inventory optimization projects.
Partner with nursing staff to identify supply-related issues and recommend improvements.
Monitor and track nursing satisfaction related to supply availability and access.
Maintain and update Min/Max inventory levels for storerooms and unit-based supply areas.
Support deployment of new supply chain tools and initiatives.
Conduct walkthroughs to ensure supply area organization, cleanliness, and compliance.
Communicate effectively with clinical staff, supply chain teams, and leadership.
Participate in quality improvement projects related to supply chain operations.
Attend training and in-service sessions focused on safety, compliance, and process enhancement.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in supply chain, materials management, or healthcare operations preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments
Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence
Basic knowledge of inventory management concepts
Clear verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
