Job summary

Suterra, based in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a Supply Chain & Finance Analyst to bridge operations, finance, and business decisions. You’ll build financial models, forecast and plan, and support manufacturing cost, inventory, and working capital improvements.

Own data-driven analyses, develop dashboards, and partner with Supply Chain and Operations to optimize sourcing, production planning, and capital investments. Travel occasionally may be required as part of a global team.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in FP&A, supply chain finance, or operations finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with financial systems and data visualization tools.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
  • Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

This role is based in Bend, Oregon and may require occasional domestic or international travel. The position reports to the Vice President, Global Finance.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain financial and operational models to analyze demand, production, inventory, capacity, and cost drivers

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, operations finance, or a related analytical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Experience working with financial systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Interest in sustainability, agriculture, or manufacturing is a plus
