Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Supply Chain Engineering Manager to lead LM deployment and optimization across its warehouses and distribution centers, driving operational excellence through industrial engineering, labor management, and systems support.

You will collaborate with operations, IT, HR, and other partners to align LM configuration with labor standards, integrate LM with WMS/TMS/ERP, train leaders, and develop documentation and KPIs to monitor productivity and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • 3+ years’ experience with supply chain systems; LM implementation or support experience preferred.
  • Experience with LM deployments (Longbow/Rebus, Manhattan LM, Blue Yonder, or Korber).
  • Experience developing labor standards and using performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; familiarity with SQL/Power BI is a plus.

Job description

Supply Chain Engineering Manager

As the Supply Chain Engineering Manager at Arhaus, you will implement and support Labor Management Systems (LM) within our warehouse and distribution center environments, and support systems and continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain department. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the network through industrial engineering, labor management, process optimization, and systems support initiatives.

You will use your background in supply chain technologies and direct experience managing or supporting Labor Management system (LM) deployments (such as Longbow/Rebus, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Korber) as you lead LM deployment, configuration, reporting, training, and ongoing optimization efforts across Arhaus facilities. You will also act as a key resource between Supply Chain and Technology teams to ensure supply chain systems and software solutions effectively support operational requirements and continuous improvement objectives. You will collaborate across operations, IT, and support teams to champion execution and adoption of systems, industry best practices, and operational efficiency strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across distribution and supply chain operations through industrial engineering principles, process optimization, and data‑driven analysis.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Labor Management Systems (LM) to improve warehouse labor productivity, accountability, and visibility.
  • Analyze workflows, labor utilization, facility layouts, travel paths, and operational processes to identify opportunities for increased productivity, improved service levels, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, HR, and related partners to align LM configuration with labor standards and organizational goals and ensure labor management processes and productivity standards are effectively used across the organization.
  • Serve as the primary business owner and subject matter expert for the Labor Management System (LMS), including implementation, configuration, maintenance, reporting, and continuous enhancement efforts.
  • Act as a functional liaison between Supply Chain Operations and Technology teams to ensure supply chain systems align with operational requirements and business objectives.
  • Support the integration of LM with existing WMS, TMS, and ERP platforms, and support with incident troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Train leaders and end users in utilizing LM and other solutions successfully and offer support for end users with questions on system use.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials for end users.
  • Participate in process mapping, user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration activities, and operational readiness efforts for new technologies and system enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for LM and other systems functionality and reporting tools.
  • Monitor LM performance and generate reports on productivity, utilization, and compliance.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and custom reporting requirements.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and evolving supply chain technologies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain systems, with at least 1–2 years focused on LM implementation or support.
  • Experience with systems such as Longbow/Rebus, Manhattan LM, Blue Yonder, Korber, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing labor standards, conducting productivity analysis, and utilizing operational performance metrics.
  • Solid understanding of WMS, ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle), and other supply chain systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to interpret operational data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis/reporting tools is a plus.
  • Project management or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • This position requires 25% travel in support of training and continuous improvement efforts across facilities.
