Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (New Mexico) seeks a Supply Chain Engineer to drive manufacturing availability, analyze materials gaps, and liaise with the factory on closure plans.

You will optimize end-to-end raw material supply, lead cost improvement initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and apply MBPS, KPI development, and data analysis (Power BI) to deliver measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field with 6+ years of experience or PhD with 4+ years of experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with Semiconductor factory operations, supply chain engineering, Supply Chain Planning, or supplier management.
  • Root cause analysis and MBPS, KPI development, and performance tracking for supply chain operations.
  • Project management experience.
  • High systems proficiency including MS applications.
  • Excellent data analysis skills including forecasting and budget management.
  • Data analytical tool experience e.g. Power BI.
