Purpose

The Supply Chain Director role is one of the most impactful procurement, logistics, and rollout positions in North America. Key responsibilities include collaborating with various departments to transform how IWG builds and operates its locations, focusing on:

  1. Driving Cost Efficiency: Overseeing a $1 billion+ annual supply chain spend, continuously reviewing and challenging expenditures to eliminate waste and reduce costs.
  2. Managing the End-to-End Supply Chain: Ensuring efficient and rapid construction of centers while minimizing ongoing maintenance and operational expenses.
  3. Building Strategic Partnerships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with top-tier, reliable, and cost-effective suppliers to ensure consistent quality and performance, while driving continuous improvement.
  4. Supporting Franchise and Landlord Partners: Delivering exceptional service by creating a seamless supply chain that operates efficiently without requiring involvement from franchise or landlord partners.
