Job summary

Capilaux Aero in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to develop and execute strategies, lead supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and drive procurement planning and forecasting.

The role requires 5+ years in aerospace MRO, a Bachelor's in a related field, ERP experience, and strong analytics; you will manage teams across Purchasing, Stockroom, and Shipping and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supply chain leadership in aerospace MRO.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing diverse teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, financial reporting, and analytics.
• ERP experience required; Quantum experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Gas turbine engine operations knowledge is a plus.
