Job summary

Colonial Staffing Group Inc. seeks a Director of Supply Chain in Gaithersburg, MD to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. You will own planning, procurement, sourcing, materials, inventory, warehousing and logistics, and drive SI&OP across demand, supply, inventory, capacity and production.

The ideal candidate has a defense/aerospace background, 10+ years of experience, and DoD/ITAR/EAR/FAR/DFARS experience; relocation assistance and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree.
• Active Secret Clearance (or eligible for one).
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience.
• Strong defense, aerospace or regulated manufacturing background.
• DoD, ITAR, EAR, FAR and DFARS experience.

Responsibilities
