Daher, a global aerospace and industrial leader, seeks a Supply Chain Director in the United States to lead purchasing, planning, inventory, shipping, logistics, and materials management across the organization.

You will develop and execute supply chain strategies, drive supplier performance, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Sales to meet manufacturing objectives with a focus on Lean and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
• Strong background in procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Demonstrated success leading change, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilitie s

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business and manufacturing objectives.

• Optimize inventory levels and planning parameters.
• Improve SAP data integrity and supply chain performance.
• Successfully transition hardware sourcing to direct supplier relationships.
• Implement best-in-class supply chain metrics and processes.
• Drive measurable improvements in supplier performance, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

A strategic, hands-on leader with strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills who can drive performance, develop talent, and deliver results in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment.

Information related to the position:

• The compensation range is $180,000 to $195,000 in base salary plus an annual target bonus.

• The above salary rangerepresentsa general guideline; however, Daher considersa number offactors whendeterminingsalary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, skills, and current market conditions.
