Shaw Industries in Dalton, Georgia, invites recent graduates to join its two-year Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) with four rotations across logistics, sourcing, planning, and more. The Spring cohort starts January 11, with Fall 2027 as an option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Ability to Relocate (assistance provided).
• Internship/General Work Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 2-year development program with four six-month rotations in key supply chain groups.
• Participate in onboarding and leadership training during the initial 9–12 weeks.
• Gain practical experience through rotational assignments across logistics, sourcing, planning, samples, and customer care.
• Develop communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to navigate daily supply chain challenges.

• 3 rotations in Dalton, Georgia

Whatyou’lldo:

• Our SCDP program is a 2-year development program that offers 4, six-month rotations in key supply chain groups of your choice.

• Participants in our Supply Chain Development Program will accelerate their careers with on-job training as well as industry exposure.Participants have the ability to strategically execute new and exciting initiatives throughout our integrated supply chain organization.

• Participants start by completingan initial9 to12 weekonboarding with other SCDP trainees; this training consists of business acumen and leadership training.

• Following onboarding, participants get practical and intentional experience through a series of rotational assignments. These assignments enable participants to hone communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills as they navigate the daily complexities of supply chain management.

• The available areas for rotationsare:Logistics, Sourcing, Planning, Samples, Integrated Customer Care, and Business Solutions

Salary: $60,000-80,000-/year and advancement opportunities

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | hours may vary depending on facility and training schedule needs

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
