Shaw Industries is launching a two-year Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) in Dalton, GA. The Spring cohort begins January, with a Fall cohort in July 2027. The program trains high-potential graduates in supply chain operations, with mentorship and rotations across logistics, sourcing, planning, and more.

You’ll complete onboarding, gain hands-on experience, and work on strategic initiatives within Shaw’s integrated supply chain, shaping a leadership path with real impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Internship/general work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 9–12 week onboarding with other SCDP trainees focusing on business acumen and leadership.
• Rotate through Logistics, Sourcing, Planning, Samples, Integrated Customer Care, and Business Solutions.
• Engage in 4 six-month rotations across key supply chain areas to build leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate on initiatives across the integrated supply chain and drive process improvements.

Location:

• 3 rotations in Dalton, Georgia

  What you’ll do:

• Our SCDP program is a 2-year development program that offers 4, six-month rotations in key supply chain groups of your choice.

• Participants in our Supply Chain Development Program will accelerate their careers with on-job training as well as industry exposure. Participants have the ability to strategically execute new and exciting initiatives throughout our integrated supply chain organization.

• Participants start by completing an initial 9 to 12 week onboarding with other SCDP trainees; this training consists of business acumen and leadership training.

• Following onboarding, participants get practical and intentional experience through a series of rotational assignments. These assignments enable participants to hone communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills as they navigate the daily complexities of supply chain management.

• The available areas for rotations are: Logistics, Sourcing, Planning, Samples, Integrated Customer Care, and Business Solutions

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain , Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related discipline

• Ability to Relocate ( assistance provided)

• Internship/General Work Experience much preferred

  Salary: $60,000-80,000-/year and advancement opportunities

  Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | hours may vary depending on facility and training schedule needs
