Shaw Industries invites high-potential graduates to join the Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) in Dalton, GA. This two-year program features four six-month rotations across core supply chain areas, plus onboarding and mentorship to build leadership capabilities.

You’ll gain hands-on training, industry exposure, and opportunities to drive initiatives within a global supply chain. Relocation assistance is provided to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required or in progress.
• Relocation assistance provided for eligible candidates.
• Internship/General Work Experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding 9–12 weeks with leadership and business acumen training.
• Rotations: 4 six-month assignments across Logistics, Sourcing, Planning, Samples, Integrated Customer Care, and Business Solutions.
• Develop communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills while navigating daily supply chain challenges.

Participants have the ability to strategically execute new and exciting initiatives throughout our integrated supply chain organization.Participants start by completing an initial 9 to 12 week onboarding with other SCDP trainees; this training consists of business acumen and leadership training.Following onboarding, participants get practical and intentional experience through a series of rotational assignments.
