Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity for a Supply Chain Design Project Manager in a hybrid role in Mount Juliet, TN (Nashville Metropolitan Area).

Overview:

Design: Implement & qualify end-to-end supply chain for new products and local adaptation centers in line with customer expectations.

Lead: Life cycle supply chain management and end-to-end supply chain improvement projects (flow simplification, lead time reduction, order deployment, etc.).

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Logistics Offer Definition: Build and challenge customer logistics offers with marketing to find the right balance between customer requirements, supply chain capabilities, cost, and CO2 reduction.
2. Supply Chain Architecture Design & Implementation for PMP/PEP/PWP: Adapt, implement, and qualify end-to-end (upstream & downstream) supply chain architecture consistent with logistics offers and Schneider supply chain principles. Contribute to supplier selection, supply chain cost and service evaluation, and coordinate master data creation and updates across all supply chain entities.
3. Ramp-Up & Ramp-Down Management: Manage launches for finished goods and components to ensure availability for sales, and minimize scrap risk during product phase-outs. Ensure supply chain readiness at each project stage gate.
4. Coordination Across Regions/Functions: Coordinate logistics and planning functions involved in projects, provide visibility and reporting on progress and KPIs, and transfer responsibilities from project mode to operations.
5. Supply Chain Transformation: Lead transformation projects to improve supply chain performance, optimize flows, and enhance customer delivery experiences.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or International Business.

Experience: Project management in an industrial environment or operations management in supply chain and manufacturing. Experience in supply chain planning, medium voltage environment, procurement, or customer-facing roles is a plus. Knowledge of OCP processes (PMP/PEP/PWP).
