Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
• Experience forecasting/demand planning in a retail environment and direct customer account management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting & Sales Analysis: weekly demand forecasting, update core supply chain systems, track sales trends, and analyze forecasts against actual performance.
• Root-cause analysis on operational discrepancies, identify process improvements, and drive KPI enhancements.
• Oversee order lifecycle to ensure timely shipments that align with delivery dates; resolve issues related to orders and fulfillment.
• Maintain proactive relationships with key customer contacts and internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Order Management).
• Utilize enterprise supply chain systems for daily order management, reporting, and tracking.

POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Demand Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage weekly demand forecasting, sales trend reporting, and customer supply chain alignment to directly drive sales revenue and operational profitability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, fast-growing, multi-cultural environment, possesses advanced Excel proficiency, and excels at building strong collaborative relationships across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Order Management) and key external customer accounts.

• Extreme Detail Orientation: Comfortable working with large datasets, complex numbers, and intricate manual Excel models.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demand Forecasting & Sales Analysis: Conduct weekly demand forecasting, update core supply chain systems, track sales trends, and analyze sales forecasts against actual performance (Sell-Through Analysis).
• Root-Cause & KPI Optimization: Perform root-cause analysis on operational discrepancies, identify process improvements, and drive baseline KPI enhancements.
• Order & Delivery Management: Oversee order lifecycle to ensure timely shipments that align with customer requested delivery dates; resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Cross-Functional & Customer Collaboration: Maintain proactive, positive relationships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholder departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Order Management, Logistics).
• Supply Chain Systems & Reporting: Utilize enterprise supply chain systems for daily order management, reporting, and tracking.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience: 3 to 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Operations.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent hands‑on industry experience.
• Retail & Customer Facing: Prior experience in forecasting/demand planning within a retail environment and direct customer account management is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency (Advanced formulas, data manipulation, lookups, pivot tables). Knowledge or experience with VBA/Macro programming is a strong plus. Experience with SAP, BW, or BI systems is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Quick learner able to wrap their head around complex data structures, self-starter mindset, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet key milestones.
