Job summary

Hexmodal seeks a Supply Chain Associate to ensure the flow of product from overseas suppliers to customers and support warehouse operations in our ERP platform. You will source critical supplies, track inventory, and present meaningful metrics to leadership.

You will help automate cross-platform workflows and work cross-functionally to achieve Hexmodal’s goals. Occasional on-site work at our office or warehouse is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
• Ability to use AI effectively to accomplish tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt quickly.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to warehouse staff responsible for production and shipping.
• Order critical supplies for warehouse operations.
• Manage and track inventory using various tools and software.
• Collect key metrics on sales, deliveries, and more for leadership insights.
• Help automate operations across different platforms used by the department.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to achieve company goals.
• Occasionally assist with hands-on operations at office or warehouse.
