Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Supply Chain Data Integrity Analyst to uphold the accuracy and governance of item, vendor, pricing, contracts, and location master data across Workday and related systems. The role supports procurement, inventory management, and reporting.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations to maintain data integrity, manage EDI, and optimize supply chain processes. A hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more years of data management or master data maintenance experience.
  • Two or more years of ERP systems experience, with Workday preferred.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data management principles.
  • Experience supporting healthcare supply chain operations.
  • Experience with EDI processes and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of vendor, item, pricing, contract, and location master data in Workday and related supply chain systems.
  • Create, update, audit, and manage vendor and item master records to support procurement, inventory management, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor data quality, identify and resolve data integrity issues, and perform routine audits and analysis.
  • Support contract and pricing maintenance, including loading agreements, validating pricing, and ensuring compliance with vendor requirements.
  • Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, vendor credentialing, and supplier compliance activities.
  • Develop reports, queries, and data analysis tools to support Supply Chain operations and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

The Supply Chain Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for the accuracy, governance, and maintenance of item, supplier, pricing, contract, and location master data across Workday and other connected supply chain systems. This role ensures data is accurate, complete, standardized, and aligned to support procurement, inventory management, sourcing strategies, operational efficiency, and reporting.

The analyst partners closely with Supply Chain Procurement, Operations, Value Analysis, Strategic Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Information Technology teams to support new item and supplier intake, maintain data integrity, manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) functionality, and ensure supply chain systems are optimized to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

  • Associate degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field or associate degree plus a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment required.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Two (2) or more years of data management, master data maintenance, or ERP system experience required.
  • Two (2) or more years working with ERP systems experience, Workday experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data management principles.
  • Experience supporting healthcare supply chain operations.
  • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes.
  • Reporting and data analysis experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This position follows a hybrid work model, with the expectation to work onsite 1-2 days per week, based on business and departmental needs.
