Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Supply Chain Materials and Data Analyst to monitor inventory levels and optimize material flow across the organization. The role turns transactional data into actionable insights to improve inventory accuracy and customer service levels.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production Planning, Sales, and Finance to drive data-driven decisions, develop reporting solutions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or related field.
• 2–5 years in supply chain, data analytics, planning, procurement, or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other production planning software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Decision Support: Analyze SKU usage, inventory levels, lead times, and product performance to recommend stocking strategies and policies.
• Metrics, Dashboards, and Tools: Create dashboards and KPI scorecards; define metrics with stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement and Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and lead process-improvement initiatives.
• Inventory Management and Strategy: Recommend targets, stocking levels, safety stock; partner with Procurement, Operations, and Production Planning.
• Demand Forecasting and Planning Support: Support forecast accuracy, scenario planning, and data-driven demand/supply alignment.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communication: Update stakeholders on priorities and material changes.
• Master Data & Data Governance: Support data accuracy and governance across SCM systems.
• Projects: Lead cross-functional projects for operational excellence and automation.
• Other duties as assigned.
