Job summary

Kyowa Kirin is seeking a student intern to join the Supply Chain team in a hybrid role based in Princeton, NJ. The internship focuses on business operations, data analytics, and automation to improve reporting, processes, and insights across the organization.

You will work with Power BI and D365, develop dashboards, and support KPIs, budgets, and performance tracking while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Rising sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience or coursework in data analytics, digital tools, modeling, data engineering, or visualization; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; MS Project experience is helpful.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Use Microsoft and other digital tools, including Power BI and D365, to automate reporting and streamline processes.
• Gather and analyze supply chain and financial data to support KPIs, budgets, performance tracking, and decision-making.
• Help develop dashboards, presentations, and written communications that turn data into clear business insights.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to process and system development, implementation, and other team priorities.
