Supply Chain Coordinator (Sugar Valley, Georgia, United States, 30746)

Join Mohawk Industries as a Supply Chain Coordinator in Sugar Valley, Georgia. We are a Fortune 500 global flooring leader committed to innovation, sustainability, and career development. This entry-level role provides administrative support to the department, ensuring proper service delivery according to job site requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, approve, and process sample requests from the sales team; coordinate with overseas vendors and follow up on status.
  • Collaborate with the Global Sourcing Manager, Product Manager, and Product Designers to review development samples, communicate approvals, and manage revisions.
  • Coordinate sampling instructions, color standards, and documentation with overseas teams.
  • Monitor sample progress and communicate updates to relevant teams; ensure proper delivery and resolve transit issues.
  • Maintain standard samples and support daily operations within the department.
  • Handle inquiries related to import products and provide packaging and label approval instructions.
  • Maintain the HTSU Matrix report and update global sourcing information weekly.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of four years' experience in sales support, customer service, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of flooring products and proficiency in PC applications such as AS400, Lotus Notes, Excel, and Word.
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work beyond scheduled hours when necessary.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with customers and team members.
