Job Description

A manufacturing company has an opportunity available for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. This is a first shift position working from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Duties:

  • Manage purchasing and vendor communications
  • Oversee inventory levels and stock availability
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Maintain documentation and traceability for orders and imports/exports
  • Support compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Work closely with colleagues in the head office
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 years experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain
  • Must have 2 years Purchasing Support and Logistics experience; manufacturing facility experience is a plus; APICS or similar certification is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with sharp administrative skills
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment
  • Solid work history with no attendance issues
