Job summary

Rarewaves-USA in New York State is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Supply Chain Manager with inventory management, vendor communication, purchase order tracking, and day-to-day operations.

You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries, maintain accurate records, and help optimize processes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in supply chain, purchasing, order entry, or inventory support.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit vendor purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Track open purchase orders from placement through completion.

• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to verify vendor invoices against purchase orders.
• Support inventory management processes to ensure product availability and operational needs.
• Follow established supply chain procedures, protocols, and best practices.
• Identify and communicate potential issues before they impact timelines.

Key Responsibilities
