Shasta Beverages, Inc. seeks an Supply Chain Administrative Support to uphold warehouse and HUB office operations and assist with report publishing and product data management.
The role provides essential administrative support to the Supply Chain Department and interfaces with multiple teams. The position requires strong written and verbal English, 3 years of general office experience including HR/clerical and accounting tasks, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
The Supply Chain Administrative Support maintains the Warehouse / HUB office operations and procedures; maintains and updates various reports and product information databases; and provides administrative support to the Supply Chain Department.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common information, reports and other documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or company representatives. Ability to effectively present information to management.
