Supply Chain Consultant - TMS (MercuryGate)

With an exceptional team of supply chain experts boasting an average of over 20 years of industry experience, we are dedicated to delivering unparalleled expertise across various cutting-edge software platforms, including WMS, TMS, and LMS.

This role will begin as a 1099 contractor position and may or may not transition to full-time employment. The Supply Chain Consultant - TMS (MercuryGate) is responsible for implementing the MercuryGate (Infios) TMS application on behalf of clients. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, designing solutions within the MG TMS platform, and collaborating with clients and internal teams throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Implement MercuryGate TMS solutions tailored to client needs
• Develop project plans and deliverables
• Collaborate with clients to optimize supply chain and logistics processes
• Create detailed functional design documents
• Execute and configure TMS solutions
• Manage project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Participate in client meetings and maintain confidentiality

Minimum Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with transportation, logistics, and MercuryGate TMS
• Experience configuring multiple carrier modes and transportation transactions
• Knowledge of APIs (SOAP, REST), ERP systems, and electronic interfacing methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities

Work Details

Compensation

Hourly rate: $50-70/hr, based on experience and location.
