Join to apply for the Supply Chain Consultant role at RELEX Solutions.

We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Consultant to join our team in Atlanta. You will be part of the operations team of over 100 members, responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering RELEX products tailored to customer needs. The role involves travel of approximately 30% to 50% and requires being located in the metro-Atlanta area.

The Customer Operations team collaborates closely with clients, managing projects, optimizing solution usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is heavily customer-facing, requiring strong retail and supply chain knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing retail and supply chain planning implementation projects in demand forecasting, replenishment, and process development.
• Gathering business requirements and creating process documentation.
• Analyzing data to identify strengths and weaknesses in customer processes.
• Building and testing configurations, supporting User Acceptance Testing.
• Training customers to operate independently with their customized solutions.
• Validating performance metrics such as forecast accuracy and inventory projections.
• Engaging in strategic, operational, and organizational problem-solving activities.

Internal work involves:

• Developing best practices across industries like Grocery, DIY, Home Goods, and CPG.
• Contributing to team knowledge as a trainer and participant.
• Collaborating with global teams on international projects.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand and inventory planning, or related fields, or a relevant degree.
• Experience in at least three areas such as SCM, inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics, retail planning, or data analytics.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, and work onsite in Atlanta as needed.
• Preferred: technical skills in SQL, coding, or related systems.

Additional assets:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with retail or CPG sectors.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders across all levels.
• Understanding of retail planning systems from business and IT perspectives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese skills are a plus.
• Experience with large data sets and technical systems like SAP, Oracle, Python, VBA.
