Supply Chain Cloud Support Director/Sr Director

As part of the (ASE), Fusion Supply Chain (SCM) Cloud Support team, we are expanding to support our growing customer base. We collaborate with Development, Product Strategy Cloud Operations, Customer Success, Oracle Consulting, and our customers worldwide to solve complex challenges daily. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of Oracle SaaS Support for Oracle’s latest Fusion Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement Applications, driving service delivery to benefit our customers, employees, and the organization overall.

As a Director / Senior Director, you will be responsible for meeting strategic, operational, utilization, quality, and budgetary objectives while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. You will work closely with senior managers and global teams providing technical and functional support during Implementation and post-production, resolving complex issues related to application setup, configuration, design defects, cloud services, and infrastructure. You will also manage customer relationships, provide advice on customer situations, and escalate issues as needed.

This position can be remote or based in Colorado Springs or Orlando, FL, and involves recruiting, training, coaching, managing performance, and retaining support professionals within Oracle SCM Cloud. You will oversee one or more functional areas within Oracle SCM Cloud, working with teams across the US, India, and Romania to deliver flawless service to our global clients. You will foster a collaborative work environment focused on knowledge sharing, team resolution, and rapid issue resolution. You will participate in projects to enhance support quality and efficiency and work with Oracle Development and Cloud Operations to fix software and infrastructure issues.

The role emphasizes proactive and predictive support using telemetry to monitor systems, prevent issues, and inform customers of potential problems before they impact business. Continuous feedback and system monitoring ensure high-quality application updates and infrastructure changes, accelerating service delivery while maintaining a world-class customer experience.

Education, Experience & Skills
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related technical, functional, or professional domain (e.g., Computer Science, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics). Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.
  • Eight or more years of hands-on experience in software development, implementation, or technical support & services delivery.
  • Six or more years of management experience in a fast-paced application development or support environment preferred.
  • Experience in functional ERP and SCM Applications, middleware, and/or cloud support services preferred.
  • Functional skills in Supply Chain / Procurement / Manufacturing / Warehousing / Transportation applications such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.
  • Technical skills in Middleware, web servers, ADF, IDE, Java, XML, SQL.
  • Successful track record in customer engagement and strategic account management.
  • Strong situation and escalation management skills, with experience collaborating across partners, customers, and lines of business.
  • Ability to manage and grow relationships with senior executives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on high-quality service, delivery, and retention.
  • Passion for leading teams, mentorship, and coaching.
  • Logical, analytical, and innovative thinking.
Additional Information

US roles may require compliance with immunization and occupational health mandates. Salary range in USD: $139,400 to $291,800 annually, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits. Oracle offers comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
