Riega Foods, LLC, is a family owned and operated organic herb, spice, and spice blend manufacturer in Kansas City, MO. We are a fast-growing company looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our team. This position is in-person at Riega’s plant in Kansas City, Missouri. Successful candidates will be able to work 40 hours per week, with actual working hours flexible between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
The Supply Chain Business Analyst (SCBA) performs a crucial role in optimizing supply chain operations through advanced demand planning and data analysis. The SCBA will manage demand and supply forecast models, analyze variances, and drive improvements in the forecasting process with internal and external stakeholders. The SCBA also maintains real-time data to support industrial sales order confirmations and order allocations.
Additionally, the SCBA coordinates financial reports for executive-level Supply Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) meetings, and assists in setting standard costs. The SCBA develops and analyzes scorecards for customers, suppliers, and operations, providing insights into production data for operational enhancements.
The SCBA is a power user of various systems and software, including Cin7, QuickBooks, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and Redzone, leveraging these tools to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
