Job Summary

Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Associate to join our team. This physically demanding role involves loading, unloading, organizing, and lifting various items, including clothing, furniture, and donations. The role supports operations through donation pick-ups and trailer filling, requiring teamwork, stamina, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize donations such as clothing, furniture, and household items.
• Fill trailers with donations, ensuring items are securely stacked to maximize space.
• Assist drivers with donation pickups, helping load and secure items.
• Maintain organized inventory by categorizing and placing items appropriately.
• Support overall store operations by responding promptly to requests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency.
• Follow directions and complete tasks accurately to meet team goals.
• Work in various weather conditions as required for loading and unloading.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
