Qualifications

• Experience in clinical supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or distribution operations.

• Strong attention to detail and proven documentation accuracy.
• Ability to operate Powered Industrial Vehicles and safely handle materials up to 35 lbs.

• Ability to work in cold storage environments as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Pick, review, package, and prepare clinical materials for shipment in compliance with GMPs and SOPs
• Execute accurate inventory and shipment transactions using SAP
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance for all clinical orders
• Stage and meter outbound clinical shipments
• Coordinate with planners and requestors to align on timelines and shipment priorities
• Safely operate Powered Industrial Vehicles and handle materials up to 35 lbs
• Perform inventory counts and help resolve material discrepancies
• Document material transactions accurately and on time
• Support process improvement and safety projects
• Work in cold storage environments as needed
• Participate in daily team huddles to review workload, priorities, and operational needs

Summary of the Role

Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as an MCS Supply Chain Associate supporting clinical distribution operations at a fully onsite facility.

This role focuses on clinical order fulfillment, shipment preparation, logistics coordination, material handling, inventory accuracy, and documentation compliance.

The ideal candidate brings experience in clinical supply chain, warehousing, or logistics operations, with strong GMP knowledge, SAP experience, attention to detail, and the ability to safely handle materials in a fast-paced regulated environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support clinical distribution operations on the 6:30 AM-3:30 PM shift
• Participate in daily team huddles to align on priorities and workload
• Pick, prepare, review, and package clinical shipments
• Ensure shipment documentation is accurate and compliant
• Complete transactional entries and order reviews in SAP
• Move materials internally and support material staging activities
• Assist with inventory counts, discrepancies, and documentation updates
• Contribute to investigations, process improvements, and metrics reporting
• Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles and handle materials as assigned
• Support cold storage work as required
