Overview

Sentara is hiring a Supply Chain Associate for their Supply Chain department! This position is fully onsite. Responsible for leading, managing, transforming and developing the inventory and logistics of Hospital Warehouse Docks. This includes supply inventory management, warehouse management, product receiving, shipping, record keeping, order fulfillment and materials transportation. The role will be responsible for managing supplies coming to the hospital, primarily in the warehouse. Goals could include building a competitive inventory and logistics infrastructure, optimizing logistics and record-keeping, facilitating cycle counts, measuring inventory, and ensuring continuous improvement. In addition, will be responsible for providing data and information to its superiors and to facilitate decision making with actual ground level information and insights on a periodic basis or ad-hoc, in accordance with Sentara Healthcare priorities.

Salary & Compensation

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $19.78 - $29.58 hourly.

Additional compensation

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
