Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and five years of administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide variety of procurement and inventory control activities at a site.
• Resolve issues in the procurement process, including quantity and price mismatches and invoice issues.
• Expedite purchases to ensure timely delivery of material.
• Interview vendors to obtain information concerning product/service, price, availability and delivery date.
• Maintain records of purchased items, including cost, delivery, performance and inventory.
• Perform other duties as requested
