Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan's Henderson mine and mill in Colorado seeks an Administrative Support specialist to back Global Supply Chain with procurement, sourcing and inventory tasks. A high school diploma and 5 years of administrative experience are required; proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ISN, SAP, CAS, and visitor management systems is preferred.

On-site role includes a $1,450 monthly housing allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: High school diploma and five (5) years of administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Supply Chain staff in routine administrative duties related to procurement, sourcing and inventory.
• Assist with procurement and inventory control activities at a site.
• Resolve issues in the procurement process including quantity, price mismatches and invoices.
• Expedite purchases to ensure timely delivery of material.
• Interview vendors to obtain information on product/service, price, availability and delivery date.
