Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer backlog and provide recovery dates based on supply plans and OEM coordination.
• Review weekly new-buy and repair supply requirements by analyzing output from supply-planning systems.
• Place purchase orders and expedite supply with OEMs to handle demand upside within lead times.
• Maintain planning parameters in the supply-planning system to ensure smooth weekly planning and publish the weekly AppleCare MPS to OEMs.
• Proactively ensure material availability, maintain inventory, and resolve shortages in the supply chain.
• Oversee master production schedules to meet key inventory metrics and compliance with material requirements.
• Work with downstream customers to provide high levels of service and responsiveness.
• Resolve labor and/or materials shortages, backlogs, and schedule interruptions; coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on potential product issues.
• Resolve shipping and scheduling problems, forecasts, and business plans for assigned product lines; manage full PO lifecycle including creation, takeovers, and price changes.
• Handle SEMS tickets and investigate invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal finance partners.
• Drive backlog-management activities including Wrike pack/part-wash requests and warehouse PO receipt escalations.
• Manage RC inventory levels and collaborate with RC warehouse and planning teams for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate order processing for OEM and broker component sales, ensuring orders are received, tracked, and executed accurately.

• Reviewing weekly new-buy and repair supply requirements by analyzing output from supply-planning systems
• Placing purchase orders and working with OEMs to expedite supply in case of demand upside within lead times
• Maintaining planning parameters in the supply-planning system to ensure smooth weekly supply planning and execution, and publishing the weekly AppleCare MPS to multiple OEMs
• Proactively ensuring availability of materials in the supply chain, maintaining inventory, and resolving materials shortages
• Achieving key inventory metrics by overseeing master production schedules while ensuring compliance with materials requirements
• Working with downstream customers to provide the highest level of customer service and responsiveness
• Resolving labor and/or materials shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions
• Working cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure fulfillment of product demand, communicating directly with vendors and key stakeholders on possible product problems
• Resolving shipping and scheduling problems, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines
• Managing full PO lifecycle including PO creation, past-due management, PO takeovers, price management, and quantity changes
• Managing and resolving SEMS (warehouse-to-buyer escalation management tool) tickets in a timely manner
• Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal finance partners
• Driving backlog-management activities including Wrike pack/part-wash requests, substitution requests, and managing warehouse PO receipt escalations
• Managing RC inventory levels and collaborating cross-functionally with RC warehouse and planning teams to ensure operational efficiency
