Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent procurement/analytical capability.
• Experience with inventory management concepts.
• Ability to learn latest technologies to improve processes.
• Familiarity with procurement, government compliance, and workflow concepts.
• Experience with SAP content, reports, tables, and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform reporting development and ad hoc analysis for operations and finance.
• Create, forecast, and analyze information sets to comply with external reporting guidelines.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations; support cost efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate with customers and IT to validate data and train users.
• Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional teams.
• Monitor data security and controlled access; ensure data integrity.
