Job summary

You'll develop KPI dashboards using Excel and Power BI, study inventory trends, and support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. The program emphasizes Lean principles, SOP documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in data interpretation and trends.
• Foundational understanding of supply chain, inventory management, or procurement concepts.
• Interest in dashboards and performance reporting to support decisions.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools is a plus.
• Exposure to ERP systems, especially SAP, is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into actionable insights by analyzing raw material inventory, shortages, and planning trends.
• Build, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards showing inventory health, supplier performance, and planning effectiveness.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to support inventory and purchasing decisions.
• Monitor open POs, material coverage, excess inventory, and potential supply disruptions.
• Drive process improvements by identifying reporting improvements and automating repetitive tasks using Excel, Power BI, SAP.
• Support inventory optimization projects focused on safety stock and material availability.
• Document and improve SOPs and planning processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to understand impacts on the business.
• Summarize findings and present data-driven recommendations to planning leadership.
