You will build and maintain reports for Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams; support packaging and warehouse processes; and collaborate on cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements. Strong Excel/Access skills and project management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing and supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and lead improvement projects.
• Build, modify, and maintain business reports and queries for Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams.
• Support packaging and warehouse activities — improving shipping/receiving processes, storage solutions, and packaging efficiencies.
• Participate in cross-functional teams across the plant to drive performance improvements.
• Support new system implementation projects and initiatives within the Supply Chain department.
• Benchmark internal and external processes to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
