Hydrogen Group is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to automate recurring reports, build dashboards and KPI metrics, and convert data from materials, inventory, and supply chain sources into actionable insights for leadership. You will collaborate with planning, inventory, and warehouse teams during a major warehouse management system transition.

The role emphasizes data extraction, cleaning, validation, and analysis, leveraging Cognos, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms, with strong Excel

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Supply chain, materials, inventory or utility experience preferred.
• Dashboard development in Cognos/Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience automating manual reports.
• Experience defining KPIs and metrics.
• Excel experience for analysis and reporting.
• Maximo or Manhattan ERP familiarity advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Automate recurring reports and manual reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Cognos, Power BI, Tableau or comparable reporting platforms.
• Develop, define and track KPIs for inventory, materials and supply chain performance.
• Extract, clean, validate and analyze data from Maximo, warehouse management systems and other sources.
• Translate data into clear findings, trends and practical recommendations for leadership.
• Support reporting accuracy and consistency during the Velocity to Manhattan transition.
• Document data sources, report logic, processes and refresh schedules.
• Partner with planning, inventory and warehouse stakeholders to understand reporting needs and prioritize solutions.
