Qualifications

• 4-year degree with some work experience in designing reporting or data solutions
• 2+ years of experience in data extraction, data analysis, or statistical modeling
• Expert at delivering analytics solutions using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python
• Experience with Shaw Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Distribution and Customer Service is preferred
• Experience with Databricks Forecasting / time-series / optimization exposure

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams (Demand Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, IT)
• Support existing BI reports and automated reporting schedules daily
• Develop, test, implement, and modify advanced reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions
• Create complex SQL scripts for data extraction and reporting
• Prepare structured or unstructured data for analysis
• Translate business needs into analytics requirements
• Explain concepts and solutions to varied audiences and document business value
