Job summary

Atmus Filtration Technologies in Nashville is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Lead to drive analytics and planning across demand, supply, inventory, logistics, procurement data and order fulfillment visibility.

You will establish trusted data sources, build dashboards and KPI routines, lead continuous improvement projects, and partner with Operations, IT, Finance and Planning to deliver scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience required, preferably in supply chain analytics, planning, operations, data engineering, business intelligence, or decision-support environments
• BS/BA in quantitative field; MBA or advanced analytics certification preferred
• Experience with SQL, Python, data visualization, ERP/planning systems, and AI-enabled analytics

Responsibilities

• Manage analytics operations across supply chain functions to ensure dependable, efficient, and data-driven planning and execution
• Establish and maintain trusted sources of truth, data models, dashboards, and KPI routines for demand, supply, inventory, logistics, procurement, and service performance
• Lead continuous improvement projects that align with Atmus Operating System / Functional Excellence direction and leverage common processes, tools, and information systems
• Support Corporate Supply Chain initiatives and cross-Business Unit planning processes through fact-based analysis, scenario modeling, and performance insights
• Translate supply chain business requirements into scalable data, automation, and analytical solutions; prototype emerging AI-enabled workflows where appropriate and responsible

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Analytics Lead.

Location:

Nashville TN - Onsite with flexibility (3 days in office, 2 remote)

Lead efforts within Supply Chain analytics and planning functions including demand, supply, inventory, logistics, procurement data, and order fulfillment visibility. Ensures internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met end to end by developing trusted data, performance insights, decision-support tools, and scalable analytical processes across the supply chain

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Manage analytics operations across supply chain functions to ensure dependable, efficient, and data-driven planning and execution.
• Establish and maintain trusted sources of truth, data models, dashboards, and KPI routines for demand, supply, inventory, logistics, procurement, and service performance.
• Lead continuous improvement projects that align with Atmus Operating System / Functional Excellence direction and leverage common processes, tools, and information systems.
• Support Corporate Supply Chain initiatives and cross-Business Unit planning processes through fact-based analysis, scenario modeling, and performance insights.
• Analyze operational trends, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and develop corrective action plans with functional stakeholders.
• Create common supply chain analytics processes and procedures by establishing collaborative business partner relationships with Operations, IT, Finance, Procurement, and Planning.
• Develop, understand, and improve necessary Key Performance Indicators, reporting standards, and decision-support tools.
• Translate supply chain business requirements into scalable data, automation, and analytical solutions; prototype emerging AI-enabled workflows where appropriate and responsible.
• Address supply chain failures and data-quality issues promptly to ensure operational stability; escalat as appropriate.
• Prepare and support an annual operating plan including expense resources, analytics priorities, technology needs, and capability development; coach and develop staff or project team members as applicable.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

B.S. or B.A. in applicable field required; quantitative, supply chain, engineering, analytics, information systems, or business discipline preferred. MBA or advanced analytics certification preferred. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

8+ years of relevant work experience required, preferably in supply chain analytics, planning, operations, data engineering, business intelligence, or decision-support environments

Technical Skills:

Experience with SQL, Python or equivalent analytical tools, data visualization, data modeling, ERP/planning systems, forecasting, optimization, simulation, or emerging AI-enabled analytics is preferred.

Base salary range: $ 118,138 to $131,263/year
