Job summary

HD Supply seeks Supply Chain Interns to support analytics and operations across our national distribution network in the Atlanta area. You will gain hands-on experience working with data, processes, and systems that keep our network running, with exposure to inventory, transportation, and service levels.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/BA in related field with graduation between 2027 and 2028.
• Hands-on SQL from coursework, projects, or internships.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic analysis).
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics initiatives for inventory, demand, logistics, and network performance.
• Query and validate large datasets using SQL.
• Assist with data cleansing, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Create basic dashboards and summaries to communicate insights.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and analytics teams on improvement projects.
• Document findings, processes, and recommendations clearly.
• Engage with distribution centers, 3rd party service providers, and IT teams for process improvements.
