Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking undergraduate and Master’s (non-MBA) students for a 12-week internship in Supply Chain, with openings in Wilmington, DE and Gaithersburg, MD from May 24 2027 to August 13 2027.

Projects include analyzing value stream maps, incorporating data for budget insights, and advancing the self-healing supply chain program under the Aera platform, with onsite reporting 3-5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate sophomores, juniors, or Master’s (non-MBA) majoring in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2027.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate platforms.
• Python/SQL experience is a plus
• Understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
• US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
• This role will not be providing CPT support.
• Ability to report onsite to Wilmington, DE or Gaithersburg, MD 3-5 days a week.
• Compensation range: $31 – $41.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Analyze value stream map for top brands for opportunities to optimize inventory and reduce lead time.
• Incorporate new data points to the existing chat / AI platform for the US team to bring budget insights.
• Develop new skills under the Aera platform for the self-healing supply chain program
• Assisting supply chain activities for supply demand planning
