Qualifications

• Progress toward a BS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business/Data Analytics, or similar.
• Comfort with data and business operations; intermediate Excel; exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Exposure and/or interest in AI implementation.
• Clear communicator who can work independently and with senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity, initiative, and strong follow-through on standard weekly tasks and project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver a co-op project identifying a measurable improvement opportunity and support implementation.
• Own or support KPI reporting and dashboards used by supply chain leadership, with data accuracy and timely refreshes.
• Support cost-reduction and savings processes by maintaining data quality and collaborating with partners to validate savings.
• Partner with internal and external IT teams to troubleshoot data issues and refresh extracts for monthly/quarterly cadences.
• Create and maintain how-to content that enables cross-functional tool users to self-serve reports and submit savings ideas correctly.
