Purpose
As the Supply Chain Analyst at Divergent Technologies, you will play a critical role in our supply chain and planning operations, ensuring successful implementation within the supply chain and manufacturing departments. This involves collaborating with multiple teams to develop systems and reporting infrastructure. Your strategic insights will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and aligning supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

The Role
- Build out reporting tools and underlying schemas to support engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and new product introduction teams. Translate program demands into data warehouse and pipeline development requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes, improve workflows, and optimize resource utilization. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory levels, review line of balances, align demand-supply signals, maintain product master data, and develop in-house systems and reports.
- Mitigate supply risks and ensure continuity by constructing and executing strategic plans.
- Monitor performance parameters to ensure accurate demand signals; resolve system and BOM inaccuracies.
- Analyze supply data and report metrics to inform critical trade-offs, including make vs. buy, traceability, lead times, and supplier selection.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, standards, and ethical practices.
- Act as subject matter expert on enterprise software systems and lead initiatives for workflow improvements.
- Develop standards and templates to drive planning consistency.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for supply chain performance, including purchasing trends, costs, and delivery metrics.
- Monitor supplier performance through exception reporting and proactive forecasting.
- Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new supply chain technologies (e.g., Power BI, Oracle reports).
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, computer science, data analytics, or related fields.
- Experience in reporting build-out, data analytics, and process improvements.
- Excellent project management skills and a track record of managing complex projects.
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation and trend analysis skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platforms and advanced Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or similar languages.
- Experience in supply chain planning.
- Use of JIRA and Team Center software.
- Advanced knowledge of business management software.

Compensation
Salary levels range from S04 - S05, based on evaluation during the interview process. The approximate pay range is $90,100 to $143,055.
