Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain or manufacturing.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement activities, manufacturing or supply chain.
• Ability to present meetings and drive action items to closure.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Queries knowledge.
• Understanding of basic supply chain KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to communicate with suppliers, technical and acquisition specialists.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage purchase orders and track delivery dates to closure.
• Coordinate shipments and improve supply chain processes.
• Work with suppliers to reduce delays and enhance communications.
• Onboard suppliers using Deltek Costpoint ERP.
• Support supply chain initiatives and present material to stakeholders.
