Job summary

INNIO Group is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement and supply chain operations for its power generation and packaging businesses. The role focuses on sourcing, cost optimization, and vendor management, working closely with internal teams and suppliers in a fast-paced environment.

This is an on-site position based in Waller, TX. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in procurement or supply chain, experience with ERP systems, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar).
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Source goods and services to optimize cost, quality and lead time.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships at all levels.
• Assist in contract analysis and vendor onboarding processes.
• Support supplier setup and PO requests via SRM tools.
• Escalate complex supply chain issues to supervisor as needed.
• Monitor vendor reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
• Update Approved Supplier List with input from operations.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure production needs are met.
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule/deliver and resolve issues.
• Track vendor performance and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to continuous procurement process improvements.
• Perform additional supply chain duties as assigned.
