Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; master’s is beneficial.
• 2+ years in supply chain analysis or related role.
• CSCP certification (optional) provides an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, forecast inventory needs, and support decision-making.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and enforce quality standards, including negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, sales, and IT to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Track and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on supply chain performance, including delivery times, transportation costs, and inventory metrics.
• Lead or participate in supply chain optimization projects, such as warehouse layout improvements or new distribution strategies.
