Job summary

You will coach teams, define process changes, and communicate status to management while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in Engineering, Business, Technology or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Implement and support single-site process changes and continuous improvement
• Coach coordinators on analyzing, testing, and documenting processes
• Analyze materials and sources to recommend improvements
• Lead cross-functional projects and track progress to management
• Develop and implement business process improvements
• Provide back-up support for area coordinators, supervisors, and managers
