Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst IV

Location: US - CA - Sunnyvale

Job Responsibilities:

• Review inbound freight information to accurately indicate receipt of supply at different DCs.
• Coordinate weekly purchase order releases and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Update allocation of total supply among different demand channels daily based on inbound freight reports and supply projection models.
• Coordinate uploading allocation information and factory commits into Oracle Fusion on a scheduled basis.
• Develop and maintain well-coordinated internal relationships with key cross-functional partners (Supply planners, Freight team, Procurement team, CE team).
• Document and help streamline existing processes.

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze inventory and freight reports to decipher data and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion) is preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with related experience in a similar role/function.
