Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, you'll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. Your role as an Intern in the Global Operations Business Unit, will help us make the connections that move the world forward by:

• Monitor data quality and perform validation checks to improve reporting accuracy.
• Partner with global stakeholders to support compliance and sustainability project support.
• Support SharePoint site administration, document management, and content organization activities.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Help automate and streamline processes using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain compliance data supporting Environmental Regulations such as (PPWR, EUDR, CBAM- EU UK), and other ESG and supply chain compliance initiatives.
• Support data collection, validation, reporting, dashboards, trackers, and analysis to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Provide SharePoint and Microsoft 365 support, including content management, document organization, and digital workflow improvements.

You're the kind of person we are looking for if you:

• Have earned a high school diploma or GED
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Project Management from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $26.09 - 44.00/hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

TE has a robust internship program that provides our interns with an abundance of resources to feel included as part of our Team. Every summer we coordinate various educational and networking events for our interns. The TE University Relations team will be hosting virtual meetups, information sessions, tours, skill building presentations, and topping it off with National Intern Day celebration activities.

Our program provides a holistic experience for interns that targets professional development and personal growth.

Our internship program typically runs May thru August and gives students the opportunity to work on projects that contribute to the success of their team and build on their classroom experience. Throughout the 10-12-week program, interns will be provided with:

Timeline
TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for New Grad (FT), Rotational, Internship and Co-op positions beginning in May.
